Abstract

Entrepreneurship is a creative process that contributes to the generation of employment and a key element for economic prosperity and an accelerator of innovation. It is a process that begins with the intention of undertaking and where one of the basic components is the skills of the entrepreneur. The entrepreneur is the person who has the knowledge and skills to generate and execute a successful business idea, especially in times of crisis. This article presents the literature review on entrepreneurial skills in the Covid-19 context. The results show that the competencies for entrepreneurship were strengthened, such as adaptation to change, resilience, innovation, and self-efficacy.
