Abstract

This work was prepared based on the service provided by the center for the comprehensive development of the family to the elderly, in this service difficulties have arisen in terms of care, which is why the objective was to determine the predominant area or sector of the service integral which is the problem. The study was approached from the perspective of the positivist paradigm, quantitative approach, deductive hypothetical method, substantive type, non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive explanatory research design. The sample consisted of 88 users. The technique used was the survey, for which a twenty-one item questionnaire was prepared, which was submitted to the validity of the content and reliability of. 740, which has high reliability and internal coherence. The results obtained through the logistic regression in which the dimension that predominates in the integral service was Human development, concluding that the indicator with the greatest weight is cognitive and family integration, and it is also essential to improve strategies that allow management of leisure and free time with the family.
