Abstract
The new concept of Digital Agglomeration of households in Peru examines the relationship levels of the Human Development Index HDI and the variables grouped in the four dimensions of regional, intervention, and opportunity factors in the 24 Departments of Peru. Satellite images are used from the National Institute of Statistics between 2007 and 2019. The connectivity of homes to the Internet as an agglomeration concept and calculated the HDI from national diversity. The work involves a quantitative approach and is associated with the descriptive, correlational level, and are used the deductive, inductive, analytical, and synthetic methods such as Pearson's statistical analysis, ANOVA, and regression analysis. The strong positive correlation between households with Internet access and the HDI (r2 = 0.829) was obtained with predictors of households with Internet access, informal employment, and the proportion of urban and rural populations (r2 = 0.943) DA improves the HDI. Thus, the probability of increasing the HDI increases in Peru by increasing the percentage of households with access to the Internet; likewise, the Urban / Rural ratio also strongly correlates with the HDI and the State Density Index.
