Abstract

The article presents an analysis of Nights of Adrenaline by the Peruvian poet Carmen Olle based on the notion of the body as a space of resistance against male domination. The poetic subject questions the stereotypes of feminine beauty and manifests the migratory shift from the periphery (Lima) to Europe (the center). Likewise, Olle practices erotic poetry and explores female sexuality in order to analyze the profound limitations of instrumental rationality.
