Abstract

The article analyzes telework as the evolution of the way of providing the service associated with modes of business organization relating it to Hayek's idea of progress and as a result helps to overcome the economic, environmental and health challenges of society. The analysis of telework under this line, invites us to reflect on the evolutionary rationalism based on the spontaneous order that allows us to understand telework from its origins. The research is of descriptive type with qualitative approach. It is concluded that telework arises naturally and evidences the progress of scientific research identifying technology as its main essence.
