Abstract

The research Institutional Educational Management and its Relationship with the Academic Satisfaction of the Student Officers at the Infantry School of the Peruvian Army, 2019. The general objective is to determine the relationship between the variables Institutional Educational Management and Academic Satisfaction of the Officers who are students in the Infantry School of the Peruvian Army, 2019. Methodologically the research is descriptive - correlational, quantitative approach, non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The total population is 120 student officers, for the sample size, a simple random sampling (M.A.S.) was strategically carried out, which was determined to 92 student officers. The main result is Hi: There is a significant relationship between the Institutional Educational Management is Related to the Academic Satisfaction of the Student Officers in the Peruvian Army Infantry School, 2019. Since: 0.000 <0.05 the researcher’s hypothesis is accepted (H1) and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. The investigation concludes that it is demostrated that there is a strong positive correlation throughout the investigation, between the analyzed variables and their dimensions.
