N2 - Currently, the data found in the World Wide Web (WWW) are meaningless, the semantics, the meaning of the data that shows the website is provided by humans when reading the Web page. The Semantic Web need the use of ontologies, data related to a domain through standardized connections where each data element is connected to a larger context in the network. In this paper, we have implemented the presumptive diagnosis of a patient to support the general physician in the diagnosis of diseases using patient and disease ontologies and inference rules. © 2014 IEEE.
