Abstract

This paper plans to develop a model for the "Multi-agent system to measure the trustworthiness in the dimensions of availability and reliability of a critical system surrounding the ERP system, the data base and the operating system". These systems are used by several organizations to integrate all data and processes into a unified system. We used the Zeus methodology for constructing agents, the performance indicators are weighed and its identification for the ERP system is described, the modeling of the software agents using the Ingenias methodology is used and detailed in this work which are used in the development of the "CODA System".
