It highlights the importance of having an effective deployment process strategy for the organizational processes to be used, adopted and institutionalized. It also presents the level of acceptance and use of these software processes. Finally, the lessons learned during the deployment process are presented. © 2008 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
