Resumen
There are several specific approaches to tourism, however, there is no complex approach from anthropology. The epistemological, ethical and aesthetic perspective deals partially with the tourist phenomenon, thus personalistic anthropology affects the concept of person, but not in the uprooted sense, but situated in a concrete space. The difference between individual and person is fundamental to support the anthropological approach. The person has a unitary, community and bodily dimension. It is not only ontological unity, but it is realized in acting through the practice of values, virtues and duties. The new personalist anthropological approach allows States to have a better orientation in their social concern since the person is a necessary element, then, concomitantly, the economic sphere.
