Resumen
Companies do not know if they are productive and, in turn, who generates that productivity. Therefore, the objective of this work is to determine the impact of innovation management (IM) and strategic management (SM) on the Productivity (PR) of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in the Information and Communication Technologies sector (ICT). A survey was carried out with 110 managers of ICT SMEs in Ecuador and for its validation the statistical analysis was used considering the Cronbach alpha, the Spearman correlation, the Wright model of trails or routes and the Likert scale. The results found show us that GI and GE positively impact the PR of ICT SMEs and that GE produces the greatest impact on PR, compared to GI.
