Resumen
The purpose of this article is to present and analyze the short prose of Gamaliel Churata (1897-1969). After an investigation in magazines and newspapers from Peru and Bolivia published in the first decades of the 20th century, twenty-eight short prose pieces were gathered. We consider that through this research we contribute to the knowledge of Churata's work, since we previously collected his scattered poetic work in periodical publications. To these rescues is added the unpublished work that is being disseminated both in prose and poetry, which reconstructs the work of a continental thinker.
