Resumen

This paper describes the way in which the engineers who dedicate themselves to teaching at the regular basic level in Peru perceive the use of ICT. For this, we used a sample of 135 teachers engineers from different regions of the country, who have participated in the National Survey of Teachers (ENDO) conducted by the Ministry of Education (Minedu) in 2016, but whose results were published in 2018. After the analysis of the data, we conclude that there is a contradiction between the relatively favorable perception of ICT in the teaching-learning process and the limited technological environments with which they have to carry out their teaching.
